Welcome to the FAQ page. Here you will find answers to some of the more frequently asked questions that I get about my music and writing. If you don’t find an answer to one of your questions here, fell free to email me via the contact page.
Q: What style/genre of music do you write?
A: Being a classically trained composer, I primarily write and arrange orchestral music. However, I do dabble in a few other genres including electronic/synth, rock, and jazz.
Q: Is there a place where I can listen to some of your music?
Q: Do you use live instruments or samples for your music?
A: My current setup consists primarily of samples, synthesizers, and virtual instruments. I do incorporate some live instruments, like guitar and piano, into my projects when and where I can.
Q: Do you create other types of audio such as sound effects?
A: While sound design and sound effects aren’t my specialty, I can and will create sound effects when the job calls for it. I also have no issue with working on both sound effects and music for a project.
Q: What are your rates / prices / fees?
A: An excellent question. The prices can vary and will depend on your project’s needs and your budget. I offer a number of flexible options including buyout, licensing, and revenue share. Each project is different so please email me and we can figure out what the best plan would be for you and your team.
Q: Do you write music for projects or events outside of games?
A: Yes. If you need something for television, film, or would just like to commission a piece of music, I would be happy to write something for you.
A: Possibly. Depending on what you’re looking for I may be able to accommodate you. Feel free to fill out your information and what kind of music or sound you’re interested in on the contact page and I’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: I have other questions that weren’t answered in this FAQ. Is there a way I can contact you?
A: Certainly. You can reach me by filling out your information and questions on the contact page. I’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
